I’m in between sizes, what sizing should I choose?
Our clotrhing usually fits true to size, but if you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact us.
Please review our in-depth size guide found on the product pages. To find our perfect size, you will need to measure four key points:
- Bust: Measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bust with no bra.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
- Hip: Measure around your hips at the very top of your hip bone.
- Bottom: Measure around the widest part of your bottom.

Do you ship to my country?
From our fulfillment warehouse in France we offer 24-hour delivery to the following countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
Do you restock? What about new items?
Yes, we most likely will restock any items that are out of stock. We also bring in new items based on fashion trends. We recommend you stay up-to-date with our items by signing up to our newsletter.
Are there padding or cups in the bikini tops?
No, our high quality materials create a layer of thickness to our pieces that deem padding unnecessary. If you’d like to add cups as an extra layer of coverage, make a small incision on the inside layer of fabric where it would be easy to slide cups in and out.
What is the packaging like?
Your can choose for your swimwear to arrive with a reusable bag made from 100% cotton which is among the most natural fabrics out there. We’re always working on solutions to make our packaging even better.
How can I care for my piece to ensure it stays in its original shape?
Our swimwear is crafted with high-quality materials and production, predominantly from recycled fibers and regenerated textiles with the same durability and longevity as nylon which is extremely elastic, resilient, and long-lasting.
Having said that, we recommend the following:
- Wash by hand or using the gentle cycle in a washing machine with cold water. Even better, use a delicate wash bag. Do not use bleach.
- Hang or lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight.
- Do not wring to dry and avoid ironing or tumble drying.
Do you have any brick-and-mortar stores?
No. At the moment, Naluza is only available online.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, indeed we have gift cards. Gift cards make a great gift for the beach-loving friend or family member. On the gift card page, select a value number and proceed through check out. Currently gift cards are digital only, but we are working on physical cards.
Your Naluza e-gift card will be generated and emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase. You can then send it directly to your loved one or print and gift away!
To redeem, simply enter your gift card number and pin at the checkout.
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from day of purchase and can be used sitewide.
Orders
I received an incorrect order.
We’re very sorry you received an incorrect order or missing items. We’ll do everything to make it right. Please email us with your order number along with a photo and description of the items you did receive. We’ll be in touch within 24 hours (M-F) to rectify the situation.
I have a question about my order. Who can I contact?
If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to reach out to us using the form below or email us directly. We will contact you within 48 hours (M-F) of receiving your message.

Can I cancel my order?
After your order has been placed, it is processed and prepared right away, making it difficult to cancel your order. Please contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please note this is not always possible. If it’s too late for us to cancel the order, we ask you to wait until the order arrives and follow the return procedure.
Why was my order canceled?
We may have had stock-level inconsistencies. This may cause an unforeseen cancellation. We will email you to let you know that your product cannot be fulfilled, then we will refund you to the original payment method or store credit.
Can I make a change to my order?
After your order has been placed, it is processed and prepared right away, making it difficult to cancel your order. For this reason, we ask that you double-check the styles and sizes in your cart prior to proceeding to the checkout. Please wait until you receive your order, and follow the return procedure.

If you need to change the shipping address for the order, please reach out to the courier company after you’ve received your tracking info.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation.
After completing your order check out process, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please contact us.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has been packed and left the warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Shipping & Returns
What’s the return policy? How can I start my return?
You can exchange or return an item within 14 days to receive store credit. We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit. The item must be returned in its original condition with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, unused, unwashed, with no odors. If these conditions are not met, the return may be rejected.
(For 1st time wear: for hygiene reasons, the bottoms must not be tried on directly on the skin).
Items received faulty or damaged are eligible for a refund. All items in our SALE section are final sale. Please email contact@naluza.com to process your return. Include your order number in the message.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay, Bancontact, Google Pay iDEAL, Klarna, Maestro, Shop Pay, Unionpay. We also accept Naluza Gift Cards.
I returned an order in which I used a welcome code. Can I get a new one?
Yes, no problem. Please get in touch with your order number and send us a request for a new one.
Can I return sale items?
All items marked SALE are final.
What about shipping?
Shipping cost is country dependant and will be calculated at checkout. You will receive a custom tracking code.
